赵韩生

赵韩生,男,满族,1983年8月生。博士研究生学位,研究员职称、博士生导师。2012年,中国农业大学生物学院生物信息学专业毕业,获理学博士学位,师从杨焕明院士。硕博连读期间主要从事高通量组学数据分析与挖掘工作,作为项目骨干参加了水稻基因组计划等多个国内外大型科研项目。2012年6月博士毕业并获“中国农业大学优秀毕业生”荣誉称号。同年7月入职国际竹藤中心,2014年和2020年先后被聘为副研究员和研究员。

赵韩生及其团队专注于竹材材性形成的分子基础与调控机制等林木遗传的核心科学问题。先后主持国家重点研发计划(青年科学家项目)、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目5项,在Nature Plants, Nature Communications和GigaScience等杂志发表论文60余篇。另外,担任全球竹藤基因组计划协调人、Editorial Board Members (BMC Genomics)、Review Editor (Frontiers in Plant Science)和中国生物信息学学会(筹)农林信息学专业委员。
