漆良华，男，汉族，1976年2月生。博士，研究员，博士生导师。1997年毕业于中南林学院林学专业获学士学位，2004年毕业于中南林学院获森林培育专业硕士学位，2007年毕业于中国林业科学研究院获森林培育专业博士学位。

1997年以来致力于森林生态学、森林培育等领域的研究，主要从事生态系统服务、生态恢复、森林土壤碳库及稳定性维持机制、热带雨林结构与功能等研究。先后主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划课题、林业公益性行业科研专项、国家林业局948项目等20余项，在国内外学术刊物上发表论文120余篇，其中SCI/EI论文30余篇，出版专著1部，参编4部，主持制订林业国家标准、林业行业标准2项，参与制订林业行业标准5项，授权专利及软件著作权各1件，获得省部级奖励10项，其中一等奖2项，二等奖6项，三等奖2项。目前在研项目有“十四五”国家重点研发计划专题、国际竹藤中心基本科研业务费等。
