江泽慧汉族19382月生国际木材科学院院士,首席科学家,加拿大Alberta大学法学名誉博士。全国政协人口资源环境委员会副主任,国际竹藤中心主任,国际竹藤组织董事会联合主席,中国花卉协会会长,中国生态文化协会会长,中美共建中国园中方总执行人,2019年北京世界园艺博览会组委会副主任,同济大学、上海交通大学、扬州大学等兼职教授,《Chinese Forestry Science and Technology》主编。  

    1992年享受国务院特殊津贴,1995年被国家教委授予“巾帼建功标兵”光荣称号,20026月,获全球环境领导奖,2013年获国际木材科学院“杰出贡献奖”。  

1960安徽农学院林学专业毕业,获学士学位,1960年赴中国林业科学研究院木材工业研究所进行木材科学专业研修。江泽慧教授长期从事森林利用学、木材科学与技术以及生态学等学科领域的教学、科研和科技管理工作。先后主持和参加国家攀登计划项目、国家973项目、国家863项目、国家自然基金重点项目、GEF项目等多项。2001年作为专家领导小组组长主持完成了《中国可持续发展林业战略研究》,在国内外产生极其重要的影响。  

自国际竹藤组织成立后,研究工作重点逐渐转向竹藤材科学技术的研究。目前,她和她的团队主要致力于竹质工程材料的开发及应用研究,主要是在竹子结构与性能、竹质工程材料开发与应用、竹材防护和竹子增值利用四个方向开展工作。2002年,江泽慧教授主编的《世界竹藤》,是我国关于竹材和藤材基本特性和应用研究较为全面的丛书,目前也是竹藤材科学领域的重要工具书。2006年,江泽慧团队研究的“竹质工程材料制造关键技术研究与示范”项目获得国家科技进步一等奖。  

在国家核心刊物上发表学术论文180篇,获得专利58项。主编和参加编著《大别山五针松及起源》、《世界主要树种木材科学特性》(中、英文版)、《中国林业工程》、《中国现代林业》、《世界竹藤》(中、英文版)、《木材学》、《东南亚木材识别及用途》、《中国棕榈藤》和《绿竹神气》(中、英文版)等学术专著10余部。荣获国家科技进步一等奖1项,二等奖2项;省部级科技进步奖13项。先后培养林业工程学科研究生、博士后70余人。  

目前在研课题有国家“十二五”科技支撑计划、林业公益性行业科研专项、林业科技成果推广计划项目、专利产业化推进项目、国际合作项目(商品共同基金(CFC))等项目。
